It is a 2-minute walk from Seoul Subway and Gangdong Station. Easy access to major attractions such as Lotte World, Olympic Park, KSPO dome, Asan Hospital, Gangdong Hospital, Gangnam, Sinsa, and Seongsu-dong. There is a cu convenience store and a 24-hour famous restaurant in front of the house. The villa, built in the 1990s, has been remodeled into a space dedicated to art and healing. The old ginkgo trees from the window from the bedroom are beautiful, and the vintage rattan dining table and Mediterranean style bed are charming. You can enter the accommodation through the outside stairs of the building and have privacy. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and toilet. Each space is carefully prepared to make precious memories. It is suitable for 4 people, and if you book for 6 people, we will set the sofa bed as a double bed. This is a place for you to have a beer and relax after traveling and watching shows. We will create a clean and comfortable space so that you can leave your precious moments as good memories.
