Charming seaside (2 km)house with nature around the knots and lake view and swimming area in beautiful spring lake some 100 meters away. Lillsjön is a 120 sqm house with three bedrooms, large living room, large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and large dining area with room for 10 around the table. The house has two decorated guest houses on the farm with sleeping areas, a large porch overlooking a lake, a horse garden as well as with sun throughout the day and evening. Large enclosed plot with good parking facilities, good space for children to play.

Centrally located in the fishing village of Bönan just outside Gävle with proximity to cafe, restuarants and fish smokery. Sunny, large garden plot with room for play and socializing. So much to see here in east Uppland; Öregrunds beautiful marina and all lovely summer restaurants; including Melker Anderssons Bojabäs, Lövstabruks Manor with nice Inn for summer lunches, pharmacy, Systembolag, ICA and COOP, all within 20 minutes. Swimming lake with swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th century Herrgård. Car is needed on this stay, to experience the surroundings and the countryside. Berkinge adventure bath is 10 minutes away :) And the weather…always sunny here in Norrby! Welcome, welcome.

Accommodation next to the lake! 4+2 beds winter and 8+2 summer. Do excursions from here to the forest which is around the corner or take a refreshing ice skating ride, rowing trip or swim in the lake. Or just relax with a sauna or jacuzzi. Please note - Friggebod on plot which has two bunk beds is available April - October. Cleaning not included. Bed linens are included as well as towels and 4 bath towels and other essentials are included such as hand soap and toilet paper. A travel bed for small children is available.

Amazing location in the middle of the "Färnebofjärden", with wonderful views of the Dalälven River. The compound is privately located at the end of the street with no neighbors. The property consists of several smaller houses, a private hottub, a swimspa, and sauna and is located immediately by one of Östa Stränder beaches. The houses are all beautifully renovated and decorated. This location is great for a family or two or a bigger group. Tranquility is a fact once you arrive.

Our beautiful house is located just next to lake with a sauna and private dock that takes you straight out on the ice, which makes this an ideally home for the ice-skating tourist. The house consists of an spacious bedroom with a kingsize bed, plenty of closets and ocean-view. The bathroom is newly renovated with all the necessary utilities. As you can see in the photos the kitchen and living room is combined into a big open space, perfect for relaxation and pleasant dinners..

Lovely villa by the sea

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Perfect location next to quiet seaside bay and proximity to wonderful hiking trails and nice restaurants, only 15 minutes from Gävle city center. Large plot with lovely fruit trees and good opportunities for outdoor activities. The big house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The small cabin has 2 extra beds. For the golf enthusiast, it's close to Gävle Golf Club.
