Lovely 3-bedroom rental unit with balcony and view

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Small shops and grocery store in walking distance, a bakery, public transportation in front of property, inside private property with multiple units, safe and with lovely views of a beautiful park called "Parque del Este" (East Park). Three bedrooms and separate laundry room. This unit is on the second floor and thus requires using a stair case, but this allows for wonderful views and more privacy.

Small private apartment, with one bedroom and one double bed, everybody is welcome at our apartment, just a few rules: - Please don't bring extra people. - No parties. - No loud music. - No smoking. It is important to consider that the airbnb is located near a busy street, and you may hear cars and transit, we have installed a special window at the bedroom to reduce the noise, in general the noise is not an issue, but it is inportant to consider this in case you are noise sensitive.
