The second bedroom has room to sleep three featuring bottom bunk as double bed with a single on the upper level. Both bedrooms have vanity mirrors and built in wardrobes with coat hangers. The beautiful surf beach of Mermaid is practically on the doorstep. Along the way and almost as close are two premium eateries, Le Café Gourmand and Little Mermaid. Also conveniently located within walking distance Pacific Fair shopping centre and the Broadbeach shopping and dining precinct. A very short walk to the Gold Coast bus and light rail system! The 700 bus along the Gold Coast Highway offers direct transportation services to Coolangatta, Tugun, Currumbin, Burleigh Heads, Miami, Mermaid and the Broadbeach South station is in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The G:Link light rail, also located at the Broadbeach South station directly in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, will easily and quickly transport you to the most popular areas of Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Southport. If you are travelling from Coolangatta Airport Mermaid 24 is about 25 minutes via Taxi/Uber or by Bus take Number 777 to the Mermaid Beach stop. Mermaid 24 is located within an original 1960's apartment complex on the beachside of Mermaid Beach, being at the back of the complex you have access to the beach via the back easement. Nestled on the back of Springbrook National Park, this area offers plenty of relaxing, walking and nature activities. Walking distance to a local eatery/coffee shop/general store and only 12 minutes to Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast and only about 20 minutes to the glorious beaches. We know you will have a great time if you are looking for charm, privacy, and great views amongst nature! Spend the afternoon exploring nature and the walking trails and then cosy up by the fireplace at night. It's possible to hike to the top of Bally Mountain. With multiple trails, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the area. This unique two-storey, two-bedroom house is equipped with every possible amenity to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. In addition to the large bedrooms that are all tastefully decorated and fitted with comfortable Queen sized beds, the house includes a bathroom with claw-foot tub/shower, a living room with a piano and fireplace, and an open kitchen – all laid out on two floors. Best of all is the quiet and peacefulness of being at the lakes edge. In the evening watch the sunsets and listen to the laughter of the Kookaburras. Swimming Pool, Bicycles, kayaks all included The manager lives on the property and will assist you with information and assist to make your stay perfect. The home is part of a small coastal village of Cabarita Beach. The town is part of the southern Gold Coast - a natural paradise. There are a number of great shops and restaurants nearby. Once here better to just stay and relax and enjoy. Should you wish to move around we have bicycles. We can organise car hire, buses, taxis etc all is available here Not only do we have a magnificent Lake we are also 800 metres within one of the best surfing beaches in New South Wales. If surfing is not you thing swim or watch the Whales.
