Good day,people. We are ofering you our apartments for your vacations. We are just near the sea ( 20 m) and from our terace is wonderful view to the sea wich you can see on the photo. The beach is in front of house, the store is about 5 minutes walking, local bus station is 1 minute walking. Centar of oure historical town is about 30 minutes walking near the sea. There you can find restorans, bars and all kinds of events. Near our town there are several national parks with well organized trips.

The house is situated on Borik (Puntamika) - touristic part of Zadar, with all belonging contents. Hotels with tennis and volley on the sand courts , possibility for rent-a-car or bike. There are three beaches close by that you can go to. They are cca 150 - 250m from the house. One of them is sand beach and the other two with tiny stones - easy to walk in the sea. Each of them has the place where you can sit and enjoy food and drinks.

A Little Gem in the Real Heart of Zadar!

A spacious room and en suite bathroom, recently refurbished in a building in the sole city centre. You can't get more central than this! With awesome city centre view, steps away from from St Donatus' church and the Roman forum. A few minutes walk from the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun. Also central for a stroll along the old town walls and about 20 mins walk to Kolovare beach.
