This is a new building, the shell look is wanted. First-class transport connections by bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 m to the swimming lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.
