Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural core surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .
