Beautifully located in a rural spot with spacious terrace and garden. The nature reserve 't Roegwold and the Fraeylemaborg are steps away. Supermarket 1.5 km. Schildmeer at 7 km. Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Op wandelafstand van het gezellige Gieten met heerlijke verse broodjes of een Gieterkoek bij de bakker. Hier vind je de supermarkt en leuke restaurants. Op de fiets ben je zo in de Drentse staatsbossen met het mooie Gasselterveld, Boomkroonpad en eeuwenoude hunebedden.

Huisje op de Hei is located behind our farm on more than a hectare of land, in a protected nature reserve just outside Dwingeloo in Drenthe. A special place, because you literally walk up the heath from our yard. No traffic, no neighbors, no hustle and bustle. The adventure begins on arrival, because to reach our cottage you have to drive a little kilometer along a sandy road. This road is not accessible to traffic. It's not much quieter in the Netherlands!
