It's a block from the beach. With 1 living room/kitchen + 1 bedroom (suite), it has every comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, refrigerator and household utensils, barbecue and external laundry). Sleeps up to 4 people comfortably: there is a double bed + a double bed in the living room. It's in the back of my house. I have two dogs in the yard, but there's a gate that divides the aedula from the front house. The car should be parked on the grass in front of the house (quiet neighborhood).

On the second floor there is the living/bedroom with a 32-inch smart TV, 3 double beds, only 1 fan. ATTENTION!! It has an steep ladder, not advisable for the elderly and children EXTERIOR AREA OF THE GARAGE IS UNDER RENOVATION BUT DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THE STAY
