Separate entry legal 2 bedroom/ 2 Queen bed apartment in lower level of large bungalow with gardens in nice mature area of Guelph. Bright and cheery with high ceilings. Unit is equipped with a full kitchen, stove, fridge, living room and outside courtyard. The full glass exterior door allows lots of light into the kitchen/ living room. Close to hospital, downtown, 10 min drive to U of G. LCBO, food, 3 grocery stores nearby. Note: Sorry, due to allergies no pets. Open to longer stays. Inquire.
