A quiet and meaningful cottage on the shores of Paldang Lake, Joan-myeon, Namyangju-si. The second-floor annex overlooking the lake has been refurbished in a flowering-age style to make it a space where parents and memories are shared. The lower floor is a mini gallery, and you can use the espresso machine and bottled water there. The building looks like the main house, but the structure is completely separate. On the second floor, the shower room, bedroom, living room, balcony, office space, and kitchen facilities are completely separated. Beautiful Paldang Lake perimeter path, small forest perimeter path, and riverside bike path. Abundance. Fertility and Natural Ecological Parks. Catholic Horse Sanctuary. Fertility Covenant House. Museum of Practice. Pretty cafes and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk. Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square, the center of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Seoul. It consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Built in 1939, Dongchonjae is recognized as a traditional hanok by the City of Seoul and the government (Korea Tourism Organization). Dongchonjae has opened its home by a retired couple and has been operating since October 2020. Guests use 4 rooms, living room (Daecheongmaru), kitchen, 2 toilets (inside: shower available, outside: difficulty showering), Numaru and yard. The host lives in Sarangchae and provides breakfast and other services. It is a studio type with two single beds side by side, so it is basic for 2 adults, and can accommodate up to 4 people with extra bedding, and up to 4 people, including infants. Free for 2 years and under (up to 24 months), no extra bedding if free. You can see the beautiful sunset, full of red light when the weather is good. We provide breakfast for a fee. (5,000 won/person, elementary school elementary school age 3,000 won/person, brunch for consecutive nights, etc.) Barbecue service is not provided. My house doesn't have a kitchen so you can't cook. You can use the microwave and coffee pot.

We are aiming for the right food and a happy and relaxed life. I recently remodeled a 20 year old house and decorated one house with a pension. I try to be a host who does my best by remembering the regrets or inconveniences I've felt as a guest. Lying in a hammock in the summer, watching the night sky, Enjoy the fireplace fire in the winter. Watching 600 + jars makes me feel more at ease. Spend a precious time at our own accommodation and our own cafe. 🍠🍆🌶🥕🥙
