Walking distance to the city center and commerce at varbergs square, all cafes and restaurants, about 400 meters. If you are looking for a sea walk or a salty bath, it is 400 meters down to the sea which you also see partly from the property. In the house there are two apartments that share on the patio with chairs, table and grill. Access to laundry room.
