The Little 10 - The Studio

The historic building (1840) is in the center of Flensburg. Three small, completely separate apartments for 2 persons, invite you to feel good. The renovations of the interiors carried out boat builders at Museumswerft Flensburg in 2006. Doing a lot out of little space - you have an idea. Until then, noisy corners became clever shelves and storage rooms. That's what makes the charm of the “little 10.” The stairs to the top two apartments is rather steep.

Newly renovated apartment with "flair" in a listed captain's house directly in the old town of Flensburg. 1820 meets 2024 - the entire house has been renovated and lovingly modernized. The beautiful Johannisviertel in the old town of Flensburg is only 150m away from the center and harbor and impresses despite the central location by the peace and idyll of the district. My place is right by the beach overlooking Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections bring one within 10 min. to the center of Flensburg. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes by foot, bike or also by car. Shopping is in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right outside the front door. Good restaurants close by. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach proximity
