The apartment is close to the playground and grocery store and a light trail that winds through the forests, or you prefer a hike up in the mountains or a hike in the spring, the possibilities are boundless. For those who like speed and excitement, the Alpine slope can be recommended. Vesterålens diversity is waiting to be explored. Might be good to have car access to easy to get around.

Spacious and homely apartment in a quiet neighborhood south of the city center. Driving time from Evenes Airport is about 40 min. Stangnes Ferry dock is just nearby. Shopping center (Amfi Kanebogen) and grocery store are in the immediate vicinity. Free parking. EV charging possible by appointment. A hiking trail to Gangsåstoppen starts 50 meters from the apartment. This 30 minute trip is recommended to all. There you get an amazing view of the city and the surrounding islands. The apartment is private with own entrance.

Buildings are based on green energy. Heating comes from solar collectors and air-water heat pump. Airy, new and with stunning views to the sea, both summer and winter. Jogging, skiing, Randonee or cross country skiing just minutes from apartment. Jaquzzi/sauna/countercurrent pool/gym. Sauna and jacuzzi is ONLY available for more than 2 nights rental and max 2 hours per day. Gas/wood grill. Fishing possibilities by boat in the sea or fresh water in agreement with the landlord. Parking outside the apartment.

My place is close to great views, the beach, art and culture, and restaurants and eating places. You'll love my place because in the middle of the region Vesterålen, Lofoten and Harstad,, the kitchen, the outdoor area, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and furry friends (pets). It is also a quiet and peaceful area, without the big traffic noise as this is not by the main road. Quiet neighborhood.

Peaceful accommodation with what you need. Central location. 6 minutes drive from the city center (within toll) . Here you can put your shoes on and go straight to the mountains, or go skiing in the winter. Just pack your toiletries and bring a towel and it's ready for you.
