Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist situated only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Barbecues are available on request. Lockable rooms are available for cyclists. In Sulz a.N. (2km) there are some leisure activities, such as an outdoor swimming pool, ice cream parlours, café, bicycle and hiking trails, castle café and local museum in Glatt as well as mini golf.

The apartment itself was lovingly decorated in mid-2016, is about 90 m ², fully furnished and stretches over two floors.
