Garden Studio 142- Peaceful, Cosy & 1.8k to CBD

Our studio is like a home away from home. Situated in a peaceful garden with a screened deck area. Close to the CBD - only 3 mins by car. It is super clean, has comfy beds (that can be set up as a king or 2 singles). There is a compact well-equipped kitchen with hot plate, microwave, BBQ (no oven) comfy lounge chairs, a table for meals or work, a good sized TV and a modern bathroom (the shower gets rave reviews) . Plus off street parking, lock up space for bikes, good WIFI, no cleaning fee.

Takapau Yurt Experience

Situated in the side garden by the main house on a privately owned sheep farm (42 acres). Stunning views across the valley from behind the yurt and mountain views from the beautiful native garden surrounding the house. Guest bathroom is inside the main house. Breakfast is included and dinner is available at request and additional charge from my fully licenced food truck. Local superette 5mins drive away in the village, several nearby bush walks and wineries within a 15 min drive.

Minimize

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Sooty. Sooty is very friendly so be prepared to be meet by her on arrival.

Welcome to my Studio. Hi I am Breny, I am a friendly lady who loves meeting new people. Enjoy your own cosy private Studio, its very warm, and has its own driveway seperate from our house, and we have under cover parking. Sleeps two comfortably. It has a rural out look . You can visit some of the several wineries on the Gimblett Gravels ,or Bridge Pa Triangle only minutes away. Note we do have road noise. It's only setup for 2 adults and it's not suitable for children .

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is included.
