A bright and recently modernised grade 1 listed Cotswold stone cottage, 100 yards from the Cotswold Way with breathtaking views down the Stroud Valley, its own parking and secluded outdoor eating. An idyllic spot for walking, cycling, exploring the local scenery or simply escaping the city Painswick is 10 minutes from Stroud ( 87 mins hourly train to London).

Our cosy but contemporary 4 * graded Mill Cottage is over 180 yrs old. Located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons. You will love it in this quiet, friendly village. Easy access to everything. Surrounded by Mountains, Canals, Lakes, Market Towns and Activity Centres. Two local pubs and a shop in walking distance. Great place for couples or a small family having a King Size bedroom and a Day bed on bedroom/landing. Just be aware you have to walk through this bedroom to access the main bedroom.

Beautiful Cottage with Suntrap Garden

The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

Fan Cottage is a detached cottage in the west of the Brecon Beacons with magnificent views overlooking Cray Reservoir and was totally refurbished to a high standard in 2017. It is ideal for a family or group of friends. Hill and reservoir walks are accessible straight out of the garden. We welcome well behaved dogs - additional charge of £20/dog. Cosy two bedroom cottage with period features.

Take a break and relax in a beautiful village/countryside location. The cottage, which dates back to 1650, is a short walk to the Malvern hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The village has a pub, shop, doctors surgery a mobile Post office, beautiful church and 16th century village hall, all within a short walk.

Our beautiful beamed attached cottage complete with log burner is set in over 3 acres of private ancient woodland, in the Forest of Dean near the River Wye. The garden path leads down to a secluded orchard which is a haven for birds, deer & wildlife. The cottage is located in a quiet country lane, with walks to our local pubThe Ostrich Inn and town. We are close to all ammenities, cycle trails, river activities and the best of what the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley has to offer.

A short walk away, the village of Whitney-on-Wye offers a riverside pub, canoeing and gourmet shop/café. Walking paths weave through the property and are easily accessible. A fabulous, surprisingly spacious, terraced stone built Cotswolds holiday cottage set in the lovely rural parish of Rodborough. We've been busy with guests since completely refurbishing the cottage in 2011 - exposing beautiful stone walls, opening up the views, letting in more light, installing a wood-burner, and generally introducing modern contemporary comforts we like when we go on holiday. Please note we can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children (plus babies).
