Large newly built cabin with great location at the top of the alpine area, 100 meters to the ski lift. Cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. In summer, you have morning sun on the breakfast terrace, before the afternoon sun extends around to a large combined terrace in slate and wood, with fantastic views of Jotunheimen! Great hiking all year year year. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the 1st floor. Hems with two bedrooms and open solution down to the living room. Large kitchen with direct access to ski room/lube stall. The cabin has an electric car charger.

A unique, spacious and cosy cabin in Hallingdal, Norway. 1000 meter above sea level with a splendid panoramic view. In a quiet place in the middle of nature. Great hiking and cycling opportunities right outside the door. A few meters from the cabin, you can paddle a canoe, go berry picking, swimming, climbing or fishing for mountain trout. Several miles of cross-country trails straight from the cabin and ski in to the alpine slope. This amazing cabin offers wonderful nature experiences!

Behind the house (20 metres) you'll find the river Hallingdalselva, where you can fish for trouts. You may borrow a canoe or a small rowing boat. Koselig kårstue på gård. Huset er bygget i 1905 og har interiør fra århundreskiftet til ca 1970. Store, lyse og luftige soverom i 2.etasje. Kjøkken og stue med vedovn og kamin i 1.etasje. Huset ligger like ved Hallingdalselva med flotte bade- og fiskemuligheter. Du kan låne robåt eller kanoer. Vi snakker norsk, engelsk og spansk.

The rental part is the lower floor of the home with its own entrance, there are no internal stairs and concrete separates the floors. Ergo very little listen. The place consists of: small entrance hall, two bedrooms (two single beds in both rooms), open kitchen solution to living room, one bathroom. Pets are allowed. No smoking and partying. Heating via panel ovens. Parking at the entrance. All trash is emptied in the agreed pound. It's sorting at source.
