Step off ‘The Doorstep’ to K’gari - Fraser Is, Lady Elliot Is, or whale watching (mid July-late Oct). Esplanade cafes 2-3 klm from ‘The Doorstep’. Swim in our calm waters. We love Hervey Bay and love our guests. The unit is perfect for families (4), couples, singles or workers. A home away from home.

Walking distance to the Esplanade in Hervey Bay, 1 km morning stroll for beach access /cafes Close to Urangan shopping centre ( Chemist, Post Office, supermarkets, take away venues and cafes and restaurants.) Urangan Pier in close vicinity hosting weekly Saturday markets.

Banksia Villa 534 has been completely refurbished and is now a light, bright spacious villa ideal for family and friends to enjoy the wonderful Fraser Island. The villa can comfortably sleep 7 in the 2 main bedrooms and loft bedroom, accessed by the new staircase. There is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, 2 decks provide beautiful ocean views, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet are great for larger groups. The villa is great for groups and has ample space to get away and relax.

Just feel so free and chill out completely watching boats sail by with fantastic beautiful sunsets. Great for Honeymoons and families. We are only 2km off the Bruce Highway on 26 acres. With lots of space, plenty of wildlife including our mob of kangaroos, our place is a great place to take time out on your journey to other places, or just enjoy the area. In the country yet very central, with Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Childers 25-30 mins drive, or Burrum Heads & Toogoom beaches 15-20 mins drive. I will sometimes allow 1 night bookings upon request. This is a spacious self contained 2 bedroom unit under main house with all the comforts of home. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry/bathroom, large lounge/dining room with largeTV and Blue Ray DVD. There is a queen size bed and 2 single beds and a portable cot. If you have caravan, boat or motorhome please check with me first. I have 2 driveways. My home is in a laneway so there is limited parking on street.
