Welcome to Niedersfeld Thanks for choosing our completely renovated apartment. With our apartment, we would like to offer you the right setting for your individual holiday in Niedersfeld. Our modern 50sqm apartment for two to four people is located on the ground floor on a floor with a large south-facing balcony and direct lake view from the living room. All rooms are flooded with light and equipped with warm wall colours. Very quiet, yet central location in a cul-de-sac and with private parking right in front of the house. Two bedrooms, a living room with a new and fully equipped kitchen, a noble floor covering, as well as a modern bathroom with shower and built-in washbasin are designed to help you spend the most beautiful days and weeks of the year relaxing and relaxing. In the second bedroom there is a new box-spring bed with a topper and the double bed in the bedroom has also been supplemented with a topper for your restful sleep. You can reach the Hillebachsee with its own water-ski facility and beach in a few steps. A baker, butcher, grocery store and a cafe are right on site. Winterberg with the ski carousel, bobsleigh track, bowling alley, mountain biking, karting alley as well as versatile hiking trails to the Hochheide - hut and the Bruchhausen stones can be reached in minutes. Winterberg charges all guests a spa fee of 1.95 €per person per day. Children up to the end of 15 years do not pay a spa fee, but have the same Discounts like the adults, but must also be reported. The laundry is not on offer with us. If someone needs a laundry package, €12.50 will be added per person.

The apartment is fully furbished with a well equipped kitchen. You will find towels and bed linen in the bed room. 2 additional guests can stay on the sofabed in the living room. We welcome pets here, please bring only 1 pet per stay! In case you would like to bring more, please contact us before booking. The river Fulda is directly next to us, with direct access. You can swim, try stand-up paddling or just enjoy the landscape after your bike tour or after having explored Kassel.

Hello from the time out at the lake. We welcome you to our 66 sqm vacation apartment in Winterberg / Niedersfeld at the Hillebachsee. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a cozy vacation. The view from the balcony of the mountains , the surrounding countryside and the Hillebachsee are simply beautiful. Here you can start the morning comfortably. The two bedrooms are both equipped with box spring beds. Our kitchen is fully equipped. ( no dishwasher)
