WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmental and hypoallergenic paint. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3 minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake bath, as you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house contains two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite tranquility, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

Unique opportunity to live directly on the pier and just 3 meters from the waterfront in the iconic Bjarke Ingels building on newly built Aarhus Ø. Wifi and private parking space included. In good weather, the harbor promenade is just outside well visited. Cozy and well utilized bathhouse with sleeping home. Fantastic, south facing, 180 degree panoramic views to water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its very best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Charming older villa of 190 m2 with 6 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. and a toilet. Large nature garden with small lake. 20 min drive from Aarhus C. Good for conditions. Vi udlejer hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l. Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold. Max 3 uger

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

The rental is centrally located in Risskov for arrival via the Djurslands motorway, but still close to access roads to Aarhus by light rail or bus. Buses 16 and 18 stop at the door. Free parking is available for one or two cars in your own yard. Rema 1000 and Ild Pizza are located immediately opposite the apartment. Nearby there is a gas station, Mc Donald, Sunset Boulevard, Lagkagehuset and Lidl etc. Possibility of access to both the sink and the dryer immediately at the lease.

Gæster kan bruge to værelser med egen indgang og eget bad/toilet. Der er mulighed for at parkere uden for huset på gaden. Der er adgang til en lille terrasse. Boligen ligger 5 minutters gang fra stationen og herfra er der 15 minutter med tog til Aarhus hovedbanegård. Der er også kort til bus med adgang til Aarhus. Jeg har selv elbil, så der er mulighed for opladning for din elbil, hvis du har behov (pris 3 kroner/0,40 Euro pr kWh). Der findes en lynlader 200 meter væk.

Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
