A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

Lovely 1 Bedroom Flat with Mid Century Vibes

Enter the flat by a spiral staircase into a welcoming, warm and comfortable space. The flat has retro inspired furniture and furnishings throughout. The sitting/dining room is a warm blue with little pops of colour, and has a great view over the garden to relax and have breakfast with. The kitchen and bathroom have a quirky design, and are clean and fresh feeling, both have all the amenities that you need. The bedroom has one comfortable double bed, blackout curtains and lots of hanging space.

The Studio is on the first floor of a lovely, quiet, Victorian house, one minute from the beach. There are great bars and restaurants around the corner, or, if you fancy a stroll along the famous promenade, the heart of Brighton is twenty minutes away. Guests say they love my place for its character, its high ceilings, and its location. It's popular with couples on a romantic break, and people visiting friends or family in the city. Parking for a small additional cost subject to availability.

The Nook a welcoming 1 bedroom ensuite guest unit with free onsite parking

The Nook is a bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

Great location for beach and town

Very nice , bright top floor flat in central Hove 2mins from beach ,shops , bars and restaurants , bus links into central Brighton 15mins , close to Hove train station . The flat has wifi , sky tv with 50in screen, wooden floors throughout , dining table and chairs. The kitchen comes with electric oven and gas hob , microwave , washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, kettle all crockery and cutlery ect . Large shower and nice size bedroom with king size bed.

Gorgeous, cosy, one bed flat in central Hove, opposite Hove Museum Gardens and a 5 min stroll to the beach. A quiet retreat but only a couple of minutes walk from popular pubs and restaurants. Comfortably sleeps two in a kingsize bed. We provide a small breakfast basket to welcome you to the flat. You'll have your own off-street parking, and small garden to sit and relax. Superb southdowns and beach links

New refurbished annex in peacefull area with excellant links to southdowns the beach and city centre by car bus or foot. Local award winning gastropubs within 10 mins walk. We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need

This is a great place for families and friends, near the sea and Hove station, with Brighton easily accessible. Part of a recently restored Victorian Villa (1864), with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Stylish, spacious, well-equipped and welcoming. Free off-street parking for one car is available on request.
