The apartment is a nice one bedroom apartment of 32m², composed of a closed balcony of 15m2, it is located on the 3rd and last floor of a small secured residence,without elevator. It is close to the beaches (15 minutes walk), the coves (by the coastal path), shops (5 minutes walk) and the pier for Porquerolles (about 2 km). Renée Sabran Hospital is a 2-minute walk from the residence. The apartment also has a private place in the residence, closed by an electric gate.

Living room with sofa bed 140. Equipped kitchen (combined oven, hob, fridge freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster). Bedroom (90x2 or 180), bathroom , separate toilet. Private terrace garden level sea view. The rental is 7 days minimum for the periods of July and August.

Our 80 m2 accommodation is in the countryside of Hyères , very well located 2 km from the city center and 3 km from the nearest beach, a large area as well as all shops will be 2 minutes from the accommodation you can park your cars right in front of the front door of the house Guests can enjoy the outdoors with two locations to eat around a barbecue and a real boules court.
