Complete cottage and easy access. It has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, barbecue, pizza oven, electric fireplace, tennis court, orchard,. game room with pool and foosball, in addition to TVS. Internet with WiFi. We have a person who cleans and treats the jacuzzi, does the dishes and cleans the house, and in the face of the pandemic takes all the necessary precautions. We allow a maximum of 2 small pets, as long as they follow basic hygiene rules. Parties and events are not allowed.

Our Chalet is very cozy and is located high up, on a quiet, bucolic street. Sunset can be seen from a cabin. The location is very easy to reach (via Raposo Tavares) and is also close to Estrada do Vinho (spv-077), 6 minutes from restaurants and cafes. As we are adept at the principles of permaculture, we rely on solar heating system, rainwater harvesting, gray water treatments by the circle of banana trees, chicken coops, agroforestry terraces...

Week end house with beautiful lake

Ideal for families and friends. Two houses next to each other, being able do accomodate 20 people in two houses, next to each other. Beautiful landscape at the Represa de Ibiuna. The lake in front of the house, is appropriate for swimming and water activities. 3 caiaks and 2 stand up are available. For children there is a doll house and playground. Up to 10 people value is R$ 500 Besides 10 people there is an additional R$ 50 per person.
