Cozy precollina apartment "The yellow armchair"

Settle into the distinctive yellow armchair of this warm and fulfilling apartment and indulge in a moment of relaxation. The modern and functional furnishings are complemented by some family furnishings: a perfect combination. The apartment has been recently renovated, has a nice and current furniture, which combines modern furniture and lights, with some family pieces. It is a two-room apartment consisting of living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, table for breakfast or to be used as a computer workstation, double room with 160 cm double bed, bathroom with shower and window, connection for any washing machine, if required for long stays. The apartment has a balcony on the back facade of the house, equipped with coffee table and two chairs, which allows smokers and not to have a sheltered place but outdoors. The kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, hob, sink. The dishwasher is not provided. Guests can use the entire apartment, the balcony and possibly on specific request, a private parking space in the condominium parking, if available. I will welcome guests upon arrival and will always be available on their mobile phone. I will be happy to provide all the useful information for a pleasant stay in Turin. I also live with my family right next to the two-room apartment made available for guests, so there will be plenty of opportunities to get to know us. The accommodation is located in Precollina, near the Po, in a very green residential area, a 10-minute walk from Porta Nuova, Gran Madre and Piazza Vittorio Veneto. The area has bars, restaurants and shops, as well as rowing and tennis clubs. If you love walking or cycling, from the house you can easily reach various areas of the center of Turin; Piazza San Carlo, Via Roma, Via Lagrange, Piazza Castello, Piazza Vittorio, Via Po and Piazza Gran Madre, Porta Nuova station. There are some bus lines a few steps from the apartment in Corso Fiume, lines 52 and 66, taking the 66 you get to the Gran Madre and from here with tram no. 13 you get to Piazza Castello, the heart of the city. For hill routes, there are lines 70 and 73. If you prefer to move by car, to go to the center, it is advisable to use the central parking lots of Piazza Vittorio, Bodoni or Valdo Fusi or the parking below, Via Roma.

Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Prestigious Historical Apartment in the Heart of Turin

Sit at the piano next to a fireplace in a majestic hall with high ceilings with exposed beams, historic floors and doors, many touches of color and contemporary design. In 100sqm there are also a small kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. Just out of the building you are in Piazza San Carlo, the most important square in the city. The windows of the master bedroom overlook the Egyptian museum. The courtyard of the building is shared with the most prestigious brands shops such as Prada and Chanel. You can't find such a prestigious location better placed to explore Torino. Maria Vittoria Due was our lovely house for several years. High original wooden celing of the XVIII century, the fine furniture and materials makes it unique. Hope you'll love that place as I and my husband did. Our guests will have access to the all apartment. There are two double rooms each one with its own bathroom and a sofa-bed for two in the living room, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen and a big living room. There is a washing-machine, a dishes-machine and the stuff to hang and iron your clothes. We'll provide you fresh bed-sheets and 3 different size bath towels for each guest. The kitchen is well equipped for every needing. If you have babies just ask us and we'll let you the necessary for his sleeping, eating and changing. We'll do our best to help guests in case of any necessity. The house is in the heart of the city, across from the Egyptian Museum and next to Piazza San Carlo. Easily walk to the Royal Palace, Renaissance Museum, Natural Science Museum, and Vittorio Emanuele Square. Many kinds of restaurants are nearby. Just at ten minutes walk far away from the main train and metro station (Porta Nuova). Next to the main entrance there is a bus stop to travel around the city center. A couple minutes walking there's a bus stop to go around the all city and outside. In San Carlo Square, right next to the house, there's a big car parking.
