Summer house in the heart of Warmia

Cosy wooden summer house with an outstanding view of Gilwa Lake. Situated 2 km from Gietrzwald, geuine gem of Warmia's rustical architecture and history of Warmia in general. 55 sq. meters, built in 1975, well kept, with a nice, small, fenced garden. Ground floor consists of living room with two convertible sofas, long table and a fireplace. Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with warm/cold water and washing machine. Upstairs: two bedrooms and a balcony. In the vicinity of the house there's a holiday camp, where you can find all of the usual camping site attractions (swimming pool, tennis court, bar, volleyball court, bike rental, boat rental, windsurfing, etc.) extra paid of course. (Beach's for free though!) I'm an English speaking person, my name is Kasia, you can see me on one of those pics. Pets are very welcome. More information availible on demand.

Beautiful apartment in a new building 800m from Lake Ukiel and City Beach. Designed with care to ensure a unique stay. There is a kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, hob, kettle, pod maker). Hair dryer, iron, washing machine. TV with Smart TV, which allows you to use Netflix. Bicycles for guests. Next to hiking and biking paths, marina, water equipment rental, playgrounds, bikes, wake park, playground, bars, restaurants and shops. It takes 5 minutes to get to the city center.

Został stworzony jako oaza spokoju, "chilloutu" i wszystko w nim zostało podporządkowane atmosferze wypoczynku i wszechogarniającego relaksu. Ogromny taras z wiszącym fotelem i zestawem wypoczynkowym, wygodne łóżka, rolety zewnętrzne pozwalające spać do południa jeśli tylko masz na to ochotę... Na styku lądu i wody nuda się nie uda, no chyba że masz na nią ochotę:-)

The apartment is located directly on the lake. There is a fully functional kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and oven, a large balcony with access from the living room and bedroom. The bedroom includes a desk, a large wardrobe, bedside tables, and a lamp, a double bed with a thermoelastic mattress, and with goose down pillows. To make the stay more enjoyable for our guests, we provide fast wifi, TV, books, and board games. You can add a crib 0-3.

The apartment is comfortably furnished. The view of the lake is breathtaking. You can hear the birds singing beautiful at any time. We have a large covered balcony with sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs. On request, we organize kayaking on the Łyna River from nearby Rus' or Bartąga to Olsztyn or beyond. There is a restaurant where you can have breakfast and very tasty regional dishes (e.g. beef cheeks).

We can accommodate up to 6 persons with a kitchen with large bathroom and a Finnish sauna. A sunny veranda underneath the house with hammocks invites you to relax. Sup and double kayak is free.
