The spacious 74 m2 two bedroom living room and sauna is in a great location next to the Paviljonki and Jyväskylä harbour and only 200 metres from the travel centre and the city centre by foot. Units of the University of Applied Sciences and the University next door. The building and all the furniture are new. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 quality beds in addition to the spreadable sofa bed/mattresses. Lovely large balcony with views. Sauna and 2 toilets. Well-equipped kitchen. You can inquire about the garage space.

Winter living cottage with all amenities by the lake. Upstairs in the cottage and in the downstairs bedroom, double beds, and a sofa in the living room for a double bed. The financial building has a wooden sauna and a sleeping oasis with a double bed. (Hot tub special fee). Gas grill and wood-burning grill can be found in the yard and can sit under the lean-to. Easy to get to by public transit. A skating rink on Vesankajärvi in winter and a sled track. Frisbeerata Vesalan monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

This unique and peaceful home makes it easy to enjoy both a work traveler and a vacationer. The apartment is located on the first floor of the elevator house, but not on the ground floor. The modern apartment is equipped with a sauna and a glazed balcony, and the kitchen has the necessary supplies. Heating fireplace parking space right next to the front door. In the yard, you'll find both a grocery store and a pizzeria. To the bus stop about 50 m, to the beach approx. 150 m. You took the outdoors right at the door.

Have your own entrance and space for the car in the yard. Great for work or recreational purposes near all the venues and trails in Lauka. On the beach you can swim,boat, fishing, BBQ, and sauna in the beach sauna in the summer. Owner nature person who is happy to advise on tour. Lives in your own apartment in the house.

Finest spot in Jyväskylä, brand new appartment, lake view, reasonable price, 600m from the center, car parking. What more can you ask. Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.

Kompakti saunamökki Päijänteen rannalla rauhallisille vuokralaisille. Mökissä majoittuu mukavasti esim kaksi aikuista ja 2 lasta. Makuupaikat ovat tuvan levitettävällä sohvalla sekä parven patjoilla. Lemmikit tervetulleita. Mökissä on kaikki tarvittava niin lyhyempään kuin pidempäänkin oleiluun. Käytössä on soutuvene. Sauna mökin yhteydessä, josta pääsee järveen uimaan omalta laiturilta tai hiekkarannasta. Veden saa päämökin seinästä. Huom omat pyyhkeet ja lakanat mukaan!

Korvaniemi 1 cottage has a wood-burning indoor sauna and in the summertime, an electric beach sauna just off the water on a large pier. The cottage has all the usual amenities, electric heating, and a fireplace. In both summer and winter, it's a short trip to Kalainen Päijänne, if necessary, you can also rent an outboard motor on a boat, where a 3 km water ride to the center of Luhanga gets to the center of Luhanga.
