The bungalow is located between the meadows on a private park just outside Leiden. From the park there are hiking and cycling routes through the meadows along mills and water. North Sea beach Katwijk in 20 minutes. The Hague, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Haarlem, Delft, Gouda are a 30-minute drive away. The marina connects to the water sports area Kagerplassen. Guests can use our 2-person canoe ride. Sailing and motorboats are available for rent in the area. The house is for those looking for peace and quiet. No parties. No seasonal workers.

Come and enjoy this beautiful ground floor lodge located at the Braassemermeer in Rijnsaterwoude. Wonderful wine with a view over the lake from the jacuzzi in the garden or are you going to paddle over the lake with the sunset? It is close to the dune and bulb region, but is also very central to number of cities. Amsterdam is 20 mins drive, including Haarlem and Leiden. Comfortable country house (100 m2) with a big garden in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and grazing cows right across the little canal. Perfect place for holidays and to be able to work quietly. The polder house is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). Luxury family house by water 6 people with boat jetty

In this rural house (lakehouses) with direct access to the Kagerplassen, it is wonderful to stay. There is a garden around the house and a private jetty for your boat. Wake up with beautiful views over the meadows, BBQ on the egg BBQ and swim or paddle in the lake. The house is centrally located in the green heart, 20 minutes drive from Amsterdam, 15 minutes from the North Sea beaches and near the old University City of Leiden ( 5 km) with all its museums and nice restaurants.

Paradise on the Kaag

Live like a god on the Kaag! Spacious and bright new wooden family vacation home with all the amenities. Around the house is a fenced boster train and grass of about 3,000 m2. Full privacy. Towards the water is the dike and behind it is our particularly spacious jetty with space for 3 boats. We rent out our house including our motorboat from 5.7 meters (April to October, place for 6-8 people) and a sailboat. In the lakes you can swim (swimming stairs on jetty are available).

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle ruimte. Deze half vrijstaande woning ligt in het pittoreske Rijpwetering. Met uitzicht over de weilanden en direct aan het (vaar)water is deze woning een plek om heerlijk te ontspannen. Leiden ligt op 10 minuten afstand en er is veel te beleven rondom de Kagerplassen (bootverhuur, suppen, kanoën, etc.) Al met al een plek om te genieten van het weer, de natuur en al het moois dat dit gebied te bieden heeft.

Downstairs are 4 spaces; a cozy sitting area, cozy dining room with wood stove, books/games room and large kitchen with second dining area. Separate toilet in the hallway.
