The little house in the Pomona Valley

Relax with family at this peaceful home with large wooden deck where the sun reaches from morning till night. The plot is fenced so you can have your dog on your holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove and microwave and in the bathroom there is in addition to the toilet and sink also a bathtub. By bike or on foot you reach Sweden's most beautiful beach in Knäbäckshusen in 10 minutes and in the village there is the French crêperie and Mandelman's gardens. The beds are located in a sleeping loft that is reached by stairs.

Maglehem by the sea and beech forests

Newly renovated small cottage (25 sqm). A separate bedroom with a double bed. Two sleeping lofts with room for 2 and 1 bed respectively. Fantastic surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich birdlife, two miles to the sea. Infinite cycle paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem you don't hear any car traffic. Five kilometers to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. From the south: Take road 19 that runs from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Secluded location, glass doors lead out to private sunny patio. Open-plan with a large sleeping loft (ladder) and sofa bed in the living room. Picturesque village setting in the heart of Österlen. Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and livestock, we rent out a vacation home close to the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog per night. If there are several of you, we also rent out our “Lake House on Skälsnäs Estate” (see there), located directly on the lake, as well as our “Brygghus”, with sauna house and lake view.

Newly built house in Vik, with room for 5 people. Wonderful views from the balcony and the two patios. Living room with kitchen, spacious hall, tiled bathroom, upstairs with living room and bedroom. Near Stenshuvud National Park, Mandelmann Gardens and two fantastic golf courses. A minute walk to the beach and harbour but also to the bus stop with good transport to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for lazy days, but also for nature lovers.

Our nice apartment is located in the beautiful fishing camp Hörvik. Here you have about 300m to the beach, the sea and cozy restaurants. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is newly renovated with kitchen and bathroom with shower. Free parking on the street. In the harbor there are two restaurants, Kajutan and Fiskerian, which serve fish and meat dishes but also fantastic pizza.
