Direct access to the beach via the private path is only 30 steps from your front door to the clean white sand. Our beach is pristine, uncrowded and very close.

The studio is located in the beautiful village of Kingscliff NSW, and is one street back and just a three minute walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach, where the blue Pacific, long beach walks and good surfing awaits! The studio is a 12 - 15 minute flat walk along a lovely beachfront path into town, depending on whether you feel like a powerwalk for your morning coffee or a leisurely holiday feel stroll!
