Its unique as its part bungalow ( not apartment or terrace house) with own private lot, spacious garden with another bungalow lot lived by the host. You have privacy, own entrance and detached but yet not far from the host ( next door) if you need any assistance. This is good esp for people on work or biz as it also has its own working space, broadband n parking.
