Local position and close to many restaurants (Sunningdale Centre, La Lucia Mall) including Gateway, the beach, stadium and other attractions. Sleeps 10 comfortably. 5 bedroom en-suite, air conditioned, Inverter to keep TV & WiFi going in the main room. Large bar room with Union Billiards pool table. Large jacuzzi & swimming pool. Unfortunately not an event friendly neighbourhood, within reason, please do not host an unauthorised party as your booking will be cancelled immediately.
