Unique property that is part of an island with dock, private beach, and good opportunities for fishing both from land and boat. The cabin is 48 sqm with simple but newly renovated standard. The island is idyllically located with stunning views of the Bjørnefjord. There are good sun conditions. On the plot there is both a garden and a swamp facing Bjørnefjorden. Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old homestead that has now been used as a holiday home. The cabin is located unashamedly by Sævareidsfjorden with a way forward. Here you will have access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, pole fishing opportunities and a bullpen with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Outside the bullpen there is a large plating and wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and pet friendly. Water from well, drinking water from the tank.

The shoreline offers swimming opportunities and the Å krafjord offers good fishing opportunities. The house is located in a wild and magnificent natural area with fjord and mountains. Here are good opportunities for some nice walks in the beautiful surroundings. Grocery store about 200 meters away. Petrol and diesel are also sold here. The cabin has wireless internet and chromecast for TV.
