The balcony is a great place to wine down while looking at the beautiful trees of Avenida Veracruz in front of you, or the city's oldest fountain to your left. Fully-equipped kitchen with all essentials and extra goodies for you to enjoy. Comfortable bathroom with good-pressure rain shower, and hot water. Additional services are offered which can be arranged after your reservation is confirmed. These include: daily cleaning service, laundry and dry cleaning, meal prep, driver, and others. Just tell us what your needs are and we'll make sure to accommodate them! You'll be in a unique, comfortable apartment located in one of the prime areas of this city, right where Condesa meets Roma, surrounded by main transportation accesses. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is accessed by a private entrance. This entrance leads to both apartments that we have, so you will be sharing it with other fellow Airbnb guests. Having a private entrance and staircase, with self check-in and keyless entrance door, will give guests more privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Our city guide was made with lots of love, sharing our favorite and most valued places in the city. And we are always available for any questions or help that guests may need during their stay. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

It’s one block away from historic Parque México with access to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. public transportation one block away, and fast access to main streets. With your rent you get a 10% discount in Cafe B, the coffee shop of the building where you can find amazing Chiapas organic coffee, baguettes, breakfast and diferent tés. It is a great place to work and have breakfast!

One million dollar view at the highest floor in the building (18th) with a big picture window to Chapultepec park. Located in La Condesa, the most trendiest neighborhood in the city. 24/7 security at the building. Right next to metro, metro bus, Ecobici (requieres sign up) plenty of cabs and Uber’s available, and a plethora of eateries and bars etc. Walking distance to the best restaurants bars, museums, parks etc. Two blocks away from a metro station. You couldn't ask for anything better.

Sunny & spacious 2-story apt. w/2 amazing terraces

Incredible apartment located in a very centric area of Mexico City, just 30 meters away from the emblematic Condesa neighborhood. The area is similar to a small town in which you can find all kinds of restaurants, cafes and shops. Two blocks away is the recently remodeled Jardín Morelos, an excellent park with a running track, and at the same distance is the Mercado Escandón where you can find fresh fruit, vegetables and food of very good quality.

Brand new with a spectacular view Super chic apartment.Located at the most trendy neighborhood in the city. Two blocks away of Metro station. Very convenient with all the basics for a great stay. Great place for couples. You will have the castle of Chapultepec just in front of the window. It's brand new, comfortable and obviously a clean space. Close to bars, restaurants and Reforma, the main avenue in the city.
