A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Places of interest: Our house is located in a mountain and countryside environment. Two kilometers from Gandía with its cultural offer and services , and five minutes by car from its beaches. Valencia, fifty minutes away by car ,is always a recommended visit for our guests. Also attractive is the visit to Dénia and its rocky beaches or Xátiva and its castle, both locations about thirty minutes by car.
