This hidden gem is very conveniently located, close (walking distance) to our town centre with cafes, restaurants and bars overlooking our beautiful Bay. Our coastal walking track runs directly past this house, which invites safe and scenic walks or mountain biking. Aquatic centre and tennis courts are also just a stone throw away. This is a fantastic newly built 3 bedroom home with large open plan living on a fully fenced section with established garden. Wonderfully warm in the winter, the indoor-outdoor flow means it is cool in summer with a great wrap-around-patio that looks out to an uninterrupted view of the mountains. There is a large amount of off street parking space that will fit the boat with ease and even a outdoor fish filleting table to process the days catch.

This is a private self contained unit, attached, but separate to, the main farm house. Modern decor with 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Please note one room is seperate from unit however only by couple of meters and under cover. Our farm is 6.5km west of Timaru where we run sheep and cattle. We appreciate clean and respectful guests. WiFi can be a little temperamental. Off street parking. Being a Farm the drive way can get muddy.
