A terrace covered with a cottage and sauna, where you can enjoy the lake scenery. The cottage has electricity and an air source heat pump and an open fireplace. The kitchen has a stove and extensive cooking equipment. A microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle are included, as well as a fridge-freezer. On the terrace of the sauna there is a gas grill. The hot tub can be rented at 80e/evening, not in winter.

Enjoy the ease of life at this peaceful, centrally-located place. The space in the apartment is 40.5 m². Just a street crossing, and you're at a market square where you can enjoy the early days of unhurried life and the market hall. Market kiosks give you local specialties. One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
