In Sointula cottage, you'll spend a nice holiday relaxing on the shore of Lake Saimaa. The cottage is located in the municipality of Taipalsaari in the peace of the countryside. Sointula is a two-story winter living cottage with a beautiful lake view from the top floor and terrace. The cottage has its own flat beach with a hard sandy bottom. You can also swim from the pier. There's a rowing boat and life jackets. Many guests are passionate about fishing because they've gotten a good fish catch.

Primitive finnish sauna and washing room prox 10 m2 with wooden stove, well water. Room 10m2 with fireplace, sofabed, 12V solarpower for lights. Grill for cooking at terrace. Fish-smoking equipment available. Great possibilities for fishing and picking berrys and enjoy nature peace area around clean water of Saimaa and fresh air. Destination is for naturelovers!

Peaceful lakeside cottage in the forest, large terraces, separate sauna, a rowing boat (engine fuel fee €20), 2 supping boards & 2 mountain bikes. New fireplace. Shallow, sandy bay perfect for swimming & fishing in beautiful lake Saimaa, near Russian border. Enjoy sunset from the cottage and the beach. Towels& bedding provided. Pls note that cottage designed for 4, but we've had lots enquiries from larger families so can add up to 6 in sofa bed/sauna cabin&floor mattress (additional cost).
