The accommodation consists of one bedroom, one living room with sofa, kitchenette, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and shower. The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences, including satellite TV, internet, stereo, CD/DVD, independent heating, safe, washing machine, hairdryer, etc. This bright apartment is fitted with double-glazed windows, so it's very quiet. It is at 8 min walk from the COLOSSEO, the PALATINO and the ROMAN FORUMS, 3 min. from the THERMAL BATHS OF CARACALLA and the FAO. METRO B MAXIMUM CIRCUS 5 min on foot. Excellent pubbl transport

Arredo comodo e funzionale. Tutto è stato pensato affinché ogni ospite possa sentirsi a casa (ma si accettano volentieri altri suggerimenti...!) L’appartamento è al piano terra, comodissimo per il trasporto dei bagagli, in una strada molto tranquilla dalla parte di Trastevere fuori dalla movida! La camera da letto è nella parte interna ed è assolutamente silenziosa. A pochi passi dall’appartamento ci sono farmacie supermercati bar ristoranti stazioni taxi, bus, tram nonché Info turistiche ecc

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors under the square, entirely carved into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noise of the street, quiet, private and very cozy. The tuff walls give it an antique air to transport you somewhere else in time. You can reach it on foot, through a pedestrian bridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house.
