Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

It includes a living room with a view of the city, a bedroom with a sink and shower, a full kitchen and a toilet. Ideally located 10-15 minutes walk from the historic center (Palais des Princes Evêques), the Gare du Palais (or St Lambert train station), the Opera House and the pedestrian streets of the city center.

Superb apartment on the 9th floor with incredible views of Meuse and Boverie Park as well as Calatrava Station at the back. Ideally located 20 minutes walk from the hyper center of Liège (Rue Saint-Paul – Place Cathédrale), 10 minutes from the Palais des Congrès, 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the Mediacité. Just next to a Delhaize and 2 minutes from a series of shops (bakery, butcher shop, bank,...) Easy parking on the docks.
