Look at the stars from your own terrace, light a bonfire, drink a glass of wine... ENJOY! This house makes for a wonderful holiday feeling because of the beautiful location by the water, on the Maasplassen and almost against the center of the atmospheric fortified city of Stevensweert, provides a wonderful holiday feeling. The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located on the holiday park Porte Isola and in the vicinity one can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for the water sports enthusiasts with a sloop rental at the park.

The Maashuisje was completely renovated in 2023 and has a high finish. In the cottage is a bathroom and a separate toilet room but still has a 2nd luxury bathroom separate from the house. The house has a covered balcony where you have an overview of the mesh and the backyard. If you want to fish or sunbathe directly on the water, you can use the large floor that protrudes over the mesh. The house is fully equipped and child friendly. A very unique sought-after location!

Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Cozy cottage, if you are looking for peace and space, you are in the right place! The detached cottage has a terrace with large garden with trampoline and covered seat. A water in a few minutes walk where you can walk, fish and swim. Bikes can come too! There are plenty of bicycle routes and hiking nearby. Zoo and war museum in 10 minutes by car. Nijmegen and Venlo are nice cities for shopping or visiting the old settlement town of Grave.

The holiday home is located in Asselt, right on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The property has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. On the upper floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bath, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.
