The smell of wood, a sofa, and a fireplace stove with a comfortable kitchen form a fine-tuned unit. It comfortably accommodates 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the houses with love, an emphasis on minimalist modern design, with harmony to nature. Settled above a beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the coziness and tranquility with stunning views of the surrounding hills.

For romantic, relaxed days in nature, away from stress, just for two, for lovers, for those in need of rest, for garden lovers - just switch off - our guest house (approx. 40 sqm) offers all of this in the middle of our garden (8000 sqm), surrounded by forest and church. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Shopping facilities about 2 km away. The apartment offers: one fully equipped. Kitchen incl. electrical appliances such as a stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, bed 180 x 200 cm. incl. towels and bed linen. Parking available, No animals allowed, non-smoking apartment!

Bayerwald Chalet Kaitersberg with sauna and garden

We have long built and worked on it, now it is ready: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wooden beds from the carpenter with top-notch mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and sauna for the grey days. And in summer a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and barbecue all to yourself.

The apartment is located on the second floor. It consists of entrance hall, bedroom, children's room, living room, bathroom and kitchen. A cot, dining chair, potty and bathtub are also available. The journey to the center takes about 5 minutes. There are several grocery stores, restaurants and pastry shops nearby. Bed linen and towels are always available. In case of using your own bed linen, there is a 250 CZK discount!! I recommend taking a swimsuit with you (Aquapark approx. 30 km)

Very bright, new 2 bedroom apartment with direct access to the spacious garden terrace with WEBER gas grill for free use and exclusive use. View over the Flanitzbach to the Gläserne Gärten Frauenau. 5 min from the train station. Kitchen with the following equipment: fridge, stove, sink, dishes, etc. Swedish oven in the bedroom. Very quiet and idyllic location. Honey from own bees and free forest water. Private new bathroom with rainforest shower & toilet. Wi-Fi available.
