Seaside cottage

The seaside cottage is by the sea. The view is really nice as it looks at the sea all the way to the horizon. You can go for nice walks or swimming. Perhaps in the winter on a walk on the ice. Perfect spot if you have your fishing gear with you, or a canoe or SUP-board. The cottage works well for family, couples or just traveling alone. The place is also fine with small pets that do not shed. A sauna and reasonable amount of wood free of charge to warm up the sauna and smoker +fireplace outside.

We are located just 4 km from the well-known Fiskars village. You can easily walk, drive or bike there and we offer bikes for you to use for free. My place used to be an attic of a cow house, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.

Cosy countryside cottage in the middle of nowhere. Cottage is located in same yard where the hosts home is. 15km to Riihimäki and 75km to Helsinki. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.

This apartment is a true gem! In this cozy apartment you can feel the real old times atmosphere. Tram and bus stop are close by. Location is close to downtown with many nice restaurants nearby. The apartment is 48 m2 and it has a separate well- equipped kitchen. Toilet with shower have been recently renewed. The house is from year 1912 and it is a true heritage buildning with a quiet courtyard.
