We have an amazing property with 26 acres of bush with trails throughout as well as a barn with horses, goats and rabbits you are welcome to visit. Kayaking and fishing are also available as well as bonfires, our indoor pool, hot tub and sauna!!!

Your large private bedroom comes fully equipped! There's a queen size four poster bed, as well as a new 42 inch high definition television with cable tv and a dvd player with many movies provided. Free wifi is available throughout the house. There is also a closet to hang your clothes, a dresser, books to read, a bistro table with two chairs and a bedside table. The ceilings are high with a built in bookcase above the closet. The large bathroom is private and not shared with anyone else.

J's on Sudbury - Basement Suite

Guests will have access to their own private entrance, side gate leading to backyard and go right around back door. Suite is in the basement which has been newly renovated. Kitchen is upstairs and can be shared with hosts upon request . We are within walking distance to Argyle Mall, Tim Horton's, Metro where there’s fresh produce , and there are many amenities within a 5 minute walk from the front door. We are close to 9 minutes from the London Airport, and there is a bus stop out front.
