The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to sit outdoors.The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m extended and can be used as a 3rd bed. With us you can play table tennis , billiards and darts. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elbe bike path just 400 m away invite you. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Meisse, Moritzburg and Dresden nearby excursion destinations .

Cozy 1-room Apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a beautifully renovated, listed old building, with magnificent Elb views in a quiet location not far from the center. The Elbradweg leads right past the house and the stop of tram line 9, which reaches old town, Semperoper etc in 10 minutes, is right behind the house. The cozy apartment can be reached by a generously designed stairwell. For relaxation, the light-flooded sitting area can be used. A small wardrobe is arranged in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house there is a terrace for sitting outside. The view is towards the pasture and the meadow On firm ground, grilled (observe forest fire warning level) or run on the adjacent meadow sport. The calm atmosphere allows a lot of rest.

Cozy 3-room apartment close to the center but still quiet. The newly renovated apartment with Smart TV and WiFi is located on a small side street with no through traffic and from the balcony you look directly into a small park. You can easily take care of yourself in the fully equipped kitchen, or you can walk to the center of town with numerous shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes. The holiday apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. A contactless stay with check in via key box is possible. However, we are happy to greet our guests ourselves. The property is only for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed upon via a request. Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :).
