Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Here are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fishing cleaning area and a lovely large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Cozy cottage directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water. A one-bedroom house with an adjacent annex with 2 bedrooms. 2 lovely terraces. One straight out to the beach. The other tucked behind living fences - almost always shelter.
