Lovely little space on the ground floor

bedroom with a double bed and a bz prepared on request, a shower room, a toilet and a dining room with fridge, microwave and coffee maker, no gaziniere, no hob for cooking. a bbq is at your disposal in summer. the accommodation is in the back of our house where we live upstairs. We have pets dogs cats and chickens You can discover the zoo, the military Prytané, several bike paths and our beautiful landscaped and supervised lake, close to Le Mans.

Magnificent independent house of the owner in the countryside 1.5km from a charming village with its houses of tuffeau.Great short, space for vehicles access to country roads be near the river the Thouet be in the forest.Saumur,Montreuil Bellay, Doué la Fontaine less than 10 minutes by car. Very nice bright house with great indoor and outdoor comfort. Relaxed assured, very private space, the owner and his Fugitive cat being respectful of each person.
