The apartment is ideal for 4 people we have sofa bed in the living room. Surrounded by the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol, an ideal area to rest for a few days as a couple or family. A few minutes by car from Puerto Banús, Marbella, Benahavís and its fabulous beach, surrounded in turn by the best golf courses, the Costa del Sol (Flamingos Golf Club, El Paraíso Golf, El Higueral Golf Club, Marbella Club Golf...) you can enjoy days of rest and relaxation in our Apartment, located in the luxurious urbanization Los Palacetes, in El Paraíso Alto has two fabulous pools, an outdoor jacuzzi, garden areas, solarium, terraces, free wifi, private parking (at no additional cost) and 24h security service. One minute drive to supermarkets and services ( Mercadona, Lidl, Supersol...) The apartment costs one bedroom with a 150cm bed (viscolastic mattress), fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (135cm viscolastic mattress), private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, free wifi and private terrace. KITCHEN: Ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer and kitchenware (glasses, cutlery, dishes...) LIVING ROOM: table plus four chairs, sofa bed, 135 cm viscoelastic mattress, coffee tables, two armchairs, 49"television, blankets and sheets for sofa bed (at no extra cost) BATHROOM: magnifying mirror for makeup, bathtub, towels, bidet, hair dryer... Ideal if you bring your rental car, we have a private parking space for your car, totally free! You have everything near the apartment, supermarkets 1 minute by car, restaurants 5 minutes by car, Puerto Banús 10 minutes by car... Best location one can wish! The sound of the swell relaxes you all day. The sea is so near you feel like touching it from the balcony. Gibraltar view. Direct access to the sea promenade. Harbour, old town within minutes of walking distance. Shops, restaurants, bars sorround the building, still it is peaceful. The flat is newly refurbished, provides a comfortable and quality stay. Fantastic apartment in the center of Marbella. Completely renovated. Five minutes from the old town where you will find a wide variety of restaurants as well as trendy places. A ten minute walk from the beach as well as the marina, a place of nightlife. Supermarket, pharmacy, banks as well as shops in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation has free parking five minutes from the property and a swimming pool in the summer season (from June 15 to September 30).

Perfect location! Quiet 4º floor apartment , 2 º row of the port and beach line, to only 50 meters on foot.
