Each apartment has washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of renting only one room inside the villa, which also has a private entrance and a private bathroom. The apartment, located on the first floor of a complex of terraced villas, has been renovated in the furniture (2019). The mattress and pillows are made of memory foam. In the living room there are two sofa beds, smart TV, dining table. The two-room apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. In the bathroom we find the shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped. The accommodation has parking space and free Wi-Fi. In summer the minimum stay is one week with arrival and departure on Saturdays.

Hi I'm Niki, the apartment I rent in Sirolo is 200 meters from the historic center of the village and a stone's throw from the path that leads to the wonderful beach of San Michele/Sassi Neri. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living room/kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom (double bed and a single bed). There is a garage, where you can comfortably leave your car and a small garden. The decor is simple but functional.
