It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery from all sides. Plot size 800 m distant from the very clean shore (1 class of cleanliness) of Lake Łęsk - 180m. walking further along the lake bank (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming pool with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly on the forest.

The dwelling is located in the village of Ruś, 7km from Olsztyn, on a hill, next to several houses. Our wooden cottage is designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend perfectly into the surroundings and not disturb the nature that surrounds us here. Our little village, it didn't surrender to time, everything is as it used to be. There is no shop or restaurant, no tourists, only quiet and nature. You will stay in a detached wooden house separated from the rest of the yard. Pure nature. From the terrace, you have a great distant view of the hilly meadow landscape. There you will also enjoy the sunsets. It is 25 m to the courtyard area, where you can also use the conservatory and the bar as well as the lake terrace. The house is heated with a fireplace, which also supplies the upper floor by air trains. You will need to take care of the lighting.

Welcome to this enchanted place. I'll tell you a story. Onceupon a time there was a little girl who dreamed of owning her own mini playhouse. Who on the day of Her Dad decided to fulfill this dream and built her this cottage. This happened 18 years ago, a year ago the house was renovated so that now it could enjoy others.
