Large house with 4 air-conditioned en-suites, situated in a Condominium between the Sapiranga Reserve and Praia do Forte. Excellent option to enjoy with family and friends in a quiet environment, surrounded by nature only 6 km from Vila de Praia do Forte. We stayed Açu da Torre, on the street that allows you to access Lagoa Aruá, an Ecological Park that is home to part of the Atlantic Forest. The house has Wi-Fi, swimming pool with beach, shower, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, large gourmet balcony with barbecue and mini freezer.

Village foot in the sand (river/sea). 85 meters of exclusive decor. Two bedrooms and air-conditioning, one suite and one social bathroom. Kitchen integrated and equipped, with utensils. Beautiful house decorated with 310m2 located in the condo fishing village, 24-hour security,near the beach and the Tamar project, 5 minutes walk to village, supermarket and beach . Lounge area with 65”TV, Wi-Fi, sofas and chairs, equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge, freezer, stove with two ovens, pots etc, service area with washing machine, board and iron.
